Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated by weight. Shipping to UK addresses are posted by Royal Mail Signed For 1^st Class. Worldwide shipping available by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or Parcelforce Global Priority (up to 5kg to Europe and up to 2kg for rest of the world outside Europe).

Please get in touch if you would like to use different shipping methods. If you are buying quite a few items please also get in touch so that I can work out the best shipping methods for you.

Estimated delivery times: United Kingdom: 2-5 business days | Europe: 5-10 business days | Rest of the world: 10-15 business days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I use recycled packing material as much as possible.

Processing time

Available items are usually posted within 1-2 working days. Processing time for made to order items varies and it takes up to two weeks for orders to be made and shipped. Please see individual product page for more information.

Gift wrapping

If your order is a gift and you would like it gift wrapped, please let me know.

Returns and Exchanges

All items for sale are handcrafted and therefore unique. Due to the handmade nature of each item, slight variation and difference may occur.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If you are not happy with what you have purchased, I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the items. Delivery costs cannot be refunded and buyers are responsible for the postage of returning unwanted items.

Please let me know within 2 days of receiving the item if it is damaged in the post.

Earrings, customised items and made to order items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
